Lobster and tuna can hardly be found, but vegetables from the Gärtnerei Bach in Vienna, organic fish from the Kinsky Teichwirtschaft from Heidenreichstein, wholemeal bread from the bakery Kasses in Thaya from the Waldviertel, traditional Swiss cheese art from Jumi, Josefstadt Wien and the organic farm Labonca, the sun pigs come from free range.

The goal of the young team, headed by Chef Jakob Kaineder and Sous Chef Christina Meyer, is to treat the products with respect and craftsmanship. The Viennese and French cuisine are taken into account as well as new combinations & amp; Interpretations.

And you do not have to choose a lot. There is a menu consisting of around a dozen small dishes in five courses. After advance notice, we also serve a vegetarian package.
